Shipping & Returns



Full transportation charges (unless C.O.D.) will be prepaid and invoiced with any approved or established account.  We reserve the right to ship all merchandise the most economical way.


A product or part becomes the property of the consignee (customer) when it leaves, weather it is shipped prepaid or freight collect.


It is the responsibility of the consignee (customer) to file a freight claim against the carrier for damages or shortages in transit.


Claims must be reported in writing within 5 days of receipt of order, or shipment with be deemed complete. 


All returns for any reason other then SIERRA CASE errors are subject to 20 % restocking, should the product come from our warehouse. A 25 % restocking fee applies to any SPECIAL ORDERS PLACED.  Credit will be issued after inspection on an individual basis, less handling and restocking charges were applicable.
